LAPTOPS FOR LESS Inc. offers a 30-day return/exchange policy on all refurbished product unless otherwise specified. Additional warranty is available. Please contact us for more information.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some restrictions apply. Consumable goods such as printer toner, and paper, etc. are not eligible for return/exchange except in cases of manufacturer defect. Gift cards and downloadable software are also not eligible for return or exchange.
To complete your return, LAPTOPS FOR LESS Inc. requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. The email will also confirm the status of your refund request. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, all refunds are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, unless otherwise specified. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBITY OF THE CUSTOMER. In the case of a product return, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
LATE/MISSING RETURNS (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please double-check your bank account, PayPal account or credit card to confirm if refund has been received. It may take some time before your refund is posted in your account.

Within the 30-day warranty period, if your item is defective or damaged, you may return it to us at no charge for an exchange. Combined shipping & handling is available for multiple purchases.
